Dynamite Idea Supports NSPCC's 2006 ‘Be the FULL STOP' Campaign
Child abuse is a major social problem that must be tackled by society as a whole. That is the core message of the NSPCC's ‘FULL STOP' Campaign. Launched in 1999, it has a single bold ambition: to bring about a permanent end to cruelty to children.
E-gaming developer Dynamite Idea has joined over 28,000 thousand supporters to have put their name on the ‘Be the FULL STOP' site map, which allows you to visualise the thousands of people who believe they can help stop child cruelty.
“We've decided to break with tradition this Christmas and donate the money we'd normally spend on c alendars, gifts and greeting cards to the ‘Be the FULL STOP' Campaign,” said Dynamite Idea's CEO Simon Caddy. “We think our clients will prefer to know that something worthwhile is being done on their behalf rather than to receive yet another impersonal corporate gift or card. It reflects the mood of the times, and it's a genuinely worthy cause.”
Intended to keep the issue at the forefront of public awareness, the 2006 ‘ Be the FULL STOP' Campaign' is the latest in a series of high-profile NSPCC initiatives that form part of the ongoing FULL STOP campaign. “The long-term is to raise awareness of cruelty to children and change attitudes and behaviours,” said Dynamite Idea's sales director Andy Stubley, “and we're proud to be a part of it.”
“The campaign also promotes practical measures to safeguard children and develop professional practice and services for children and their families, including changes to the law and social policy,” said Dynamite Idea's creative director Jo Mills. “Of course, none of this can be achieved without money, so we'd urge anyone who's inspired by the cause of improving children's lives to support the campaign this Christmas.”
